The terms, in plain words
Every arrangement is written down before it starts. These are the parts that never change.
Personal MaidStandard terms
§1
Adults only
Both parties are 18 or older. Identification may be checked privately at the introduction and is not kept.
§2
Consent
Nothing intimate is ever included by default. Anything beyond household and personal service is agreed in advance between two consenting adults, may be withdrawn by either party at any moment, and is never a condition of the arrangement.
§3
Respect
She works in your home, but she is not your possession. Insults, intoxication, pressure or unsafe behaviour end the arrangement immediately, without refund.

Safety
Someone always knows where she is working. No hidden guests, no recording, and pets secured on request.
§5
Privacy
Your address, routine and private life stay private. She does not post, photograph or discuss clients, and asks the same of you.
§6
Payment
A deposit confirms the first date. Visits and days are settled at the start of the day; retainers in advance each month.
§7
Changes & cancellation
Reschedule with 48 hours’ notice at no cost. Late cancellations keep the deposit. Either party can end a retainer with two weeks’ notice.

Is this a cleaning company?
No. Cleaning is one part of it, but you are booking a person who takes care of you and your home, not a crew.
Can I book only the household part?
Yes. Many arrangements never go beyond the house, the wardrobe and the errands. Nothing else is expected.
Does she wear a uniform?
If you like. A classic maid’s uniform, a smart black dress or plain clothes: it is agreed in advance.
Can she travel with me?
On day and weekend arrangements, yes, with travel and a private room covered by you.
